The venues both at Genting and Kuala Lumpur were excellent, and the staff was amazing. The food was also excellent along with the assistance from the staff.

They basically want you to spend the maximum time in the outdoor areas and use the room only to sleep .... no wifi, poor hand phone signal in room, self check in cannot scan HKSAR passport, take long time to check in.
